Evie Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 December 2025

These Terms apply to your access to and use of Evie, an AI event assistant operated by Experiem Ltd (“Experiem”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Evie, you agree to these Terms.

Experiem Ltd
Registered address: 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom

If you are using Evie on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and “you” refers to the business.

1. What Evie is (and isn’t)
Evie provides AI-assisted suggestions and outputs to support corporate event planning (for example: event recommendations, venue suggestions, speaker suggestions, draft copy and planning guidance).
Evie provides information and recommendations, not professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make, and for verifying any outputs before relying on them.

2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for:
-
keeping login details secure;
-
ensuring account information is accurate; and
-
all activity under your account unless caused by our breach.
Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans, fees, billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout and processed via Wix Payments (and Wix’s payment partners). By purchasing, you authorise recurring charges where applicable.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout:
-
subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled;
-
you can cancel renewal through your account/settings; and
-
fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Usage limits and fair use
Some plans include usage limits (e.g., searches per month). You agree not to bypass limits, share access improperly, or use automated means to overload or scrape Evie. We may enforce limits by throttling, pausing, or requiring an upgrade.

4. Acceptable use
You must use Evie lawfully and must not:
-
misuse, disrupt, probe, or attempt to reverse engineer Evie;
-
upload or share content you don’t have the right to use;
-
use Evie to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; or
-
use Evie outputs in a way that infringes third-party rights.
5. AI output, accuracy, and verification
Evie’s outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or out of date. You agree you will verify critical details independently before acting, including (without limitation):
-
availability, pricing, capacity, accessibility and suitability;
-
contractual terms, cancellation policies and insurance requirements; and
-
regulatory or compliance obligations relevant to your event.
6. Third-party services, venues and suppliers
Evie may reference third-party venues, suppliers, platforms, or sources. Any engagement, booking, purchase or contract with a third party is between you and that third party. We do not guarantee third-party availability, pricing, suitability, or performance.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide to Evie (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use User Content to:
-
provide and maintain Evie;
-
improve quality and performance;
-
keep Evie safe and prevent misuse; and
-
comply with legal obligations.
You confirm you have all necessary rights to provide User Content, including where it contains personal data of others.
8. Intellectual property
Evie (including software, branding, and underlying technology) is owned by Experiem and/or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use Evie in accordance with your plan and these Terms.
9. Privacy and data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where you provide personal data about third parties (e.g., speakers), you confirm you have a lawful basis to do so.

10. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep Evie available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Evie. If we make a change that materially reduces paid functionality, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
-
any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity);
-
we are not liable for losses arising from third-party services, suppliers, or bookings; and
-
our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Evie will not exceed the fees you paid to Experiem for Evie in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Evie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misuse is suspected, or to protect Evie, other users, or comply with law.
On termination, your right to use Evie ends and any outstanding fees remain payable.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
